Building Banking Support Customers Actually Trust

Banks evaluating remote support tools tend to ask the same handful of questions early: can the vendor's app take actions on the device, is the connection encrypted, and what happens to the data after the call ends. Those questions exist for good reason, and the answers should be simple enough to fit in one sentence each.
For Mobilink, the answers are: no, the app is view-only and cannot act on the device; yes, sessions are encrypted between the User App and Master App; and by default, session video is not stored anywhere after the call ends.
Beyond the technical answers, the customer-facing experience matters just as much for a bank. A permission prompt that clearly states what's about to happen — not a generic "allow access" dialog — helps customers make an informed decision in the moment, which is itself a trust signal that reflects well on the institution offering the support.
Combined with role-based access and session logging on the agent side, banks get a support tool whose security story is straightforward to explain to both regulators and customers.
